PROCESS

The client must offer a detailed description of the work they want done.

The artist will then give the rate to the client.

Once the complete payment has been received, the work will begin.

I, the artist, will confirm receipt of payment with the client. After each phase (pencil/sketch, flat colors , and finished), the client will be sent a low quality JPG or snapshot of the work in progress.

Large adjustments (for example, redrawing a pose or panel, changing the costumes, etc.) will demand an additional $5 charge or more.

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason. I do not have to tell you what the reason is.

I take payment upfront through Kofi and won't start till I receive the money.

You are not required to do so, but feel free to do so and provide as many references as you like! For specified characteristics of the piece, such as the pose, and expression, etc I require explicit digital references.

We can talk about it in DMs if you don't find any examples/prices of what you're searching for.

COPYRIGHT / USE OF IMAGES

I own the copyright to any artwork I create as the artist.

I'm free to share and post the commission anyway I choose (within reason that should the commissioner request a commission be kept private I will respect their wishes)

The commission may then be used to promote myself (for example, by exhibiting it as an example of my commission work to future commissioners)

Characters depicted in the commission that are not my own (such as the commissioner's OCs or a previously copyrighted character)

IT IS NOT ALLOWED FOR THE COMMISSIONER TO:

commercial purposes, copy and/or print the commission.

are not allowed to remove the watermark for any reason

Declare the commission as their own creation or labor.

Trace over the artwork, but only for instructional purposes; it must not be posted online.
